Is there a fee for paying online?
Yes. There is a 3.5% non-refundable convenience fee for processing your credit card payment on-line. There is a $5.00 fee for processing an automatic draft or electronic check. To avoid the convenience fee you can pay in person at 3056 Crawfordville Highway, Room 136, Crawfordville, Fl. 32327.

What forms of payment are accepted?
For online payments, you can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Discover) or by electronic check.

For in person payments at the Courthouse, you can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Discover) or by cash, check or money order.

Child support obligations can also be paid at any AMSCOT, MoneyGram or Western Union location.

What will happen if I do not make my payment on time?
There is a 10-day grace period for late payments. After the 10-day grace period has expired, your driver’s license may be suspended by FDHSMV and additional fees will be incurred to re-instate your driver’s license.

After 90 days, your case may be turned over to a collection agent for collections of delinquent accounts. Once your case is turned over to collections, there is a 40% fee added to your delinquent account by the collection agent.
