Child Support/Evictions Deputy Clerk

Summary Job Description:
Perform specialized clerical work processing cases and documents for child support and
evictions. Update and maintain child support and eviction program records. Provide
accurate information and ensure compliance with laws, regulations and procedures.
Work with the public and outside agencies concerning child support and eviction issues.
Responsible for the security of funds, receiving monies and maintaining accurate
records. Possess the ability to keep and maintain confidential information; Possess

Education/Experience:
Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent required. Work experience in the legal
process such as, paralegal, legal assistant, deputy clerk, law enforcement or relevant legal
education, county residency is preferred.
Valid Florida Driver License is required.

Summary Job Description:
Perform specialized clerical work processing documents into the Official Records
and will the primary Recording Clerk for the department. Update and maintain
records. Provide accurate information and ensure compliance with laws,
regulations and procedures. Work with the public and outside agencies
concerning Official Records issues. Required to become a Notary Public to
perform notarial duties. Also responsible for the security of funds, receiving
monies and maintaining accurate records. Will be required to hold public sales.
