Clerk to the Board

The Clerk as “ex officio clerk to the board of county commissioners” is responsible for recording, documenting and reporting the activity of the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) in their various workshops and meetings and maintaining the minutes of these meetings.

The Board publishes its meeting agenda, supporting documentation, the approved minutes, the approved bills and vouchers and audio/video of each meeting. These can be reviewed at the County’s website – http://www.mywakulla.com/board_meetings/index.php or at https://www.youtube.com/user/WakullaClerk.

The Clerk’s Office maintains all of the original resolutions, ordinances, contracts and miscellaneous agreements approved by the BOCC. We hope to provide these in a searchable format soon. In the meantime, please contact our office for copies of these important documents at (850) 926-0344. The County’s code of ordinances can be found at https://library.municode.com/fl/wakulla_county/codes/code_of_ordinances.
