Paying your child support obligation, traffic ticket and court costs is easier than ever with our online payment options. Our goal at the Clerk’s Office is to make the payment process as easy as possible and we will work with you to resolve any outstanding payment obligations you have. Our office can take cash payments, checks, money orders or credit cards over the counter at 3056 Crawfordville Hwy, Crawfordville, Fl. 32327. you can mail your payment to this address but DO NOT mail cash.
If you need to set up a payment plan for your traffic ticket or court costs to make partial payments, complete the payment plan form and email it to us. There are two options depending on when you want your payment due:

To make cash payments without visiting the courthouse, we have partnered with two retail vendors to help you make your payment. There is a $3.00 processing fee for each payment made. These vendors have over 200 locations throughout Florida:

- TelePayIVR - Interactive Voice Response - an easy to use phone system that will accept all major credit cards, echeck, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Venmo payments.
For online payments, you can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Discover) or by electronic check.
For in person payments at the Courthouse, you can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Discover) or by cash, check or money order.
Child support obligations can also be paid at any AMSCOT, MoneyGram or Western Union location.
There is a 10-day grace period for late payments. After the 10-day grace period has expired, your driver’s license may be suspended by FDHSMV and additional fees will be incurred to re-instate your driver’s license.
After 90 days, your case may be turned over to a collection agent for collections of delinquent accounts. Once your case is turned over to collections, there is a 40% fee added to your delinquent account by the collection agent.
