Injunction Judgments for the Protection of a Minor

Any affected person has a right to request that a county recorder or clerk of the court add information to a publicly available internet website if that information involves the identity of a respondent against whom a final judgment for an injunction for the protection of a minor under Florida Statutes; s. 741.30 and s. 784.0485 is entered, unless the respondent is a minor. The request must be in writing and contain the case number. To make a request contact the clerk’s office by mail or in person at the Wakulla County Courthouse, 3056 Crawfordville Hwy., Crawfordville, FL. 32327 or by email at [email protected].

2. Click on “document”

 

3. Before conducting a search, you will be required to accept the disclaimer for conducting an Official Records search.

4. Document Type will automatically be selected.

5. Click on “select.”

6. Choose “Final Judgment for Protection of a Minor.”

7. You can select a date range or simply click on “Submit.”

The search results will be shown below your search criteria. The document image will not be shown per Florida Statute 28.2221. To view an image of the document you must come to our office.

You can also search by a specific name.  Type in name and choose “Final Judgment for Protection of a Minor” as your document type.  *Please note, you can search by the Parent/Guardian’s name and the Respondents name. We do not index the name of the child(ren). *
